The penis enlargement surgery
is called Phalloplasty. In this procedure, the enlargement is achieved
by cutting the basal penile ligament, revealing part of the penis shaft
which is inside the pubis. It is a complex procedure and the results
are not guaranteed. According to a recent study by St Peter’s Andrology
Centre, two out of three patients who had penis enlargement surgery
where not happy with the results, obtaining an average growth of only
0.51 inches.
